Dude had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago, heard nothing but horror stories about the rehab--- had the first session today I have 90% movement up and away doc said do that for 2wks...
I tore 3 and 3/4 of my Cuff along with my bicep popping outta place.

I hope your Prognosis will be better than mine!
