Hit a few reefs early and had about 15 quality trout by 9:00 a.m. Bite slowed and the wind layed down around 11:00, so we rode around the lake for a bit. Found some specks terrorizing shrimp on the surface and finished off our limit right there slingin' the schoolies. 60 specks and 1 red. All fish caught on sparkle beetles, top dogs, and she dogs. The water was beautiful and the sun was hot, but so was the fishing! This is my first time trying to upload photos here so i apologize if they don't show up properly.
