get your doctor to prescrube you some Zofran. It is used for nausea in cancer patients. I take one the night before bed. One when I get up and then one every 6 hours while on the water. Try not to bend down too much getting bait or unhooking fish, especially in rough seas. There is a new anti-nausea medicine for cancer patients that is a disolvable film, like listerine strips. It is called Zuplenz. It may work good too, just have not had the chance to go offshore or use it. Should work as well as, if not better than, Zofran.

Transderm Scope (scopalamine) works too but many people get drowsy or irritable with it.
