We made a run this morning out two a couple of short rigs that have always held trout, except for today that is. Off to plan B, we moved over to the beach and ended at lunch time with 40 trout. My oldest son and wife both had a very nice Cobia while we are at the rigs that I managed to knock off with the gaf, I feel worse about it than they do.

All fish were caught with various plastics both on the bottom and under a cork. We also lost one to a shark (see below) and several that my kids bounced out of the boat or dropped while they were trying to get the fish to the ice chest. We were back before noon in time for a quick lunch at bridgeside, not a terrible day.
