All fish must be caught in "Eligible Waters." Eligible Waters shall consist of waters in South Louisiana as specified on the Website in which the public has free and unlimited access. All Louisiana state waters south of I-10 that are publicly accessible between Breton Sound and Lake Calcasieu are eligible. Fish caught in illegal "off limit" waters or sanctuaries are not eligible for prize consideration
