i hear ya, this will give you the motivation and focus you need for the gym. When i ran out i stopped eating breakfast for coffee with whey(prolly not the best but quickest--plus i needed the coffee fix for energy.)Now i can get back to eating a real breakfast, take this and hit the gym.
not sure if you know , but i've been knowing and doing this somewhat since my first go round a few years back...post workout, one of the best post workout supplements to take (well as far as cost/convenience ....chocolate milk. i love me some choco moo juice. and you need to feed your muscles within the 3 minute window post workout....i usually prepare a shake or stop at the gas station and get a choco milk!!lol 1.29 cant beat that...for health!!
