My father has been a police officer for 16 years in North Texas. Getting a bad arse tattoo with his badge, his name, years served, and "protect and serve" when he retires. Known I was gonna get that for a long time. He's retiring in ~4 years.
Hat's off to the blue. Sure I do my share of law breaking but props to them. They work their *** off. As a son of a police officer you all have no idea what kind of psycological pressure it puts on a person. I can't even describe what my father has gone through working a big city. If you think all cops are pigs, then F off. My dad doesn't bother pull someone over for speeding unless its 14 over. Let's em go if its pregnant ladies or elderly.
Some are hard working individuals choosing to put their lives at risk to make sure their wife and children have the insurance they need. 12 on 12 off every day is getting hard on a 43 year old who has been doing it a long time. Everyone is entitled an opinion. Glad you agree with me.
