Fun, Food and and an 8 pound trout on Big Lake
Anglers were a little windblown and sun burned but the result was the same…………….Good catches of redfish, flounder and some solid trout. Off color water was easy to find on the south end of the lake but clean water yielded good catches. Captain Brett Stansel scored BIG TIME with a beautiful 8.4 pound trout from a lesser known area. He’s not telling where. Brett’s big fish is joining other that will adorn the wall in Deck Duck’s Nest. Live bait continues to be the best for most fishermen.
