This past fall.....the woods were finally starting to clear up some from the downed tree/tree tops that Gustav left in the woods at Sherburne.

The high water may clear up some of the logs and limbs....but mostly will just move it to a different spot.

I read yesterday....that some of the Turkey were captured a couple weeks ago and had tracking collers put on them. Monday.....they located one of the turkeys out in a tree in the flooded woods. So it looks like sofar the Turkey are ok. Any nest or young bird are probably lost for this year.
