fuelman an account is needed,
and they put the limit on not because in case it's stolen....
they do it because they don't know how much you are actually about to pump, so they put a pre determined hold for XX amount----sorta like hotels, car rentals, etc. it's a pain for many, but it's helpful for the store owners...
