Salty, do you have to have a puppy? If not try the internet for jack russel rescue sites. As with anything, people buy pets and think they will just automatically raise themselves. They find out later that they actually have to make a committment and punk out. There are plenty jacks waiting for good homes and this could be a win-win for you.
