While I certainly do understand that logic, how many state .gov jobs/offices will need to be added??? How can we be sure these welfare leaches aren't smart enough to cheat a simple UA?? They've learned how to work the system for generations now, what stops it now??

Then the "ol man" (crack/weed user/dealer) moves in, the profits of the sales fund the entire households habit.
I honestly believe we underestimate the intelligence of a good portion of the recipients. Humans overcome adversity very well and are extremely cunning. If someone is smart enough to figure a way to get free rent/food/cell/tax returns, plus manage a 2006 Lincoln Navigator sitting on "swangas"
, they can probably beat a drug test every time. They could also make a living without the freebies when push comes to shove.
