We were in east side if trestle, saw a white ripple out in lake comin from the west .... It was about 1 mile or so from us. Kinda high but didn't pay attention to it. Few seconds later we hear a crash thru the pylons, it was the wave. But it didn't stop, it formed bk up and kept moving toward hwy 11 bridge. It was about 3 ft tall, 100 yrds wide and moving at 15 mph. We know this bc we followed it for a while until it hit the east shore of lake p.
It was moving against tide, against wind, & had no apparent genesis.
Truely a freaky occurrence.
