I refuse to pay asking price but that's just me I'd offer 9k if compression test checks out .... To many people gettin rid of boats they can't afford to put gas in which means lots of deals to be made so don't make a purchase based on emotion . Plus PROLINES are one of the wettest riding boats I've ever been in. Another thing is your buddy is the seller are u ready to loose a friend if the boat turns out being a POS and he won't make it right ..... Just something to think about.
