When I think of "hot heads and testosterone" resulting in a fight, I think of teenagers with a poor education, low income, mainly blacks 'hustling' and the gangster type image.
Students on college campuses are there for a reason. Higher learning. Colleges are educated places where professors invest time and energy to promote a higher level of thinking, as well as hold students to a higher standard. College campuses are full of logically thinking adults who are not about to pop off and bust a cap for no reason. I am all for this bill.
EDIT: I read over this and it is worded like I am trying to argue, but we are both agreeing on the same thing. I have just never seen an instance on a campus where something like that happened. Highschool was a different story.

Gotcha...
And Utah is the other state that allows permit holders to carry guns on campus......over and out.
