I'm sure your dad didn't give you a shotgun and let you shoot it a few times at a bottle then turn you loose with it by yourself. I'm sure he hunted with you until he felt you were responsible enough to handle it on your on. I know we are comparing a big age difference but it's still the same principle.
I hope the GQ statement didn't offend you....

Yes there is a lot of testosterone in young men. But I have never seen this come out of any person on campus. I have never seen a fight or anything that would even come close to being a heated confrontation. Here's the thing, and I am not trying to be racist in saying this. When I think of "hot heads and testosterone" resulting in a fight, I think of teenagers with a poor education, low income, mainly blacks 'hustling' and the gangster type image.
Students on college campuses are there for a reason. Higher learning. Colleges are educated places where professors invest time and energy to promote a higher level of thinking, as well as hold students to a higher standard. College campuses are full of logically thinking adults who are not about to pop off and bust a cap for no reason. I am all for this bill.
EDIT: I read over this and it is worded like I am trying to argue, but we are both agreeing on the same thing. I have just never seen an instance on a campus where something like that happened. Highschool was a different story.
