Thumbs down Bought new 2011 Lews Speed Spool reel not like old reels

I bought one Lew's speed spool SS1S for $99 from Security Sports in Alexandria, LA to try it out. Security Sports is trying to get it fixed after I just got tired of dealing with Lew's. Use to Shimano's which rest of my reels are Shimano's. After the 1st trip it never got to see a redfish due to a 3lb bass broke the clutch spring which holds guts in the reel back in November. I been calling them every since then and they still don't have parts. They are trying to push it out to compete with Shimano, but it is truly a basspro reel with Lew's name on it there is not much difference from a pro qualifier reel. I guess I learned my lesson, but glad I only lost $99 and not $149, $199, or $249 for their higher end line of reels. Website is www.lews.com again its not built like the old BB1 reels.
