Correct! When I was building one last year, Chris' advice was to allocate more weight to the rear which would increase top speed. Having said that 65 is plenty fast enough to throw your stomach for a loop as evidenced first hand from riding with "W". He would go 65 in The Perfect Storm. Thankfully he can't go faster
