They cook poultry better than most cookers.
Just inject, season and put in the cooker.
I have a home made small one. Great for Pork and Chicken/Turkeys.
No much to do but let cook and drink beer.
Mine is stainless inside and top with wood sides and hard plastic wheels.
Heavy, but nice.
