lol no the media bar is the navigation bar on the ps3's main menu.
all u need to do is enable the media server under network settings on your ps3. if you dont have windows media player 11 on your pc, either get it or download a media server program from java or windows. easy! and free!!
theres also about 100 vids on youtube to walk u through it.
