Years ago I was burning some empty corn sacks up in the tx hill country after filling feeders. The wind lifted a lit one out of my barrel and it landed in the tall dry grass. About 5 minutes later I was looking at 20-40 foot flames, ended up burning several hundred acres or more, including a barn.
I remember driving my truck through fire to get off of the property to safety.
