bad parking pisses me off too, but the only thing i usually leave a nasty note for is when i see a pet locked up and melting in an unattended car.
IF YOUR PET CAN'T GO INSIDE THE STORES YOU PLAN ON SHOPPING, LEAVE THEM AT HOME!! JEEZ!
