solo surf trip 7/25/10
Well went out to beach this morn. after i decided not to go last night. I woke up around 230 and couldn't go back to sleep so i thought i would give it a shot since have not caught awhole lot out there yet this summer. Went west of holly beach found green water and trout. Started at about 545 on topwater caught 6-7 nice trout one going 3lbs and one popping my line as i tried to net it that would have went 4-5lbs. Switched to plastics once topwater slowed and caught a bunch more. I finish up with my limit and 2 rat reds at 9. Spectator and Asterisk-Rich made a cameo but bye the time they found me the bite slowed around 10 but they picked up a few nice ones before they quit. Great day in the surf ...been waitin all summer for this.Sorry no pics yet tring to figure out why they wont upload
