I bought one of those about a year ago!
For my pond, it's is overrun with catfish, couldn't get it to work, talked to the guy & he said it
will not work in still water, has to be moving water.
I would think water is water moving or not
. I know it didn't work. I may put a boat with a small outboard tie the boat off & put it in gear to move the water, I'll let ya know if it works.
