This is plenty memory for me. I don't predict a camera will be added (too big of a device) but predict faster processor and software upgrades ( cut, paste, multiple apps etc). But right now this thing fills the bill for me. Just wish SC mobile was upgraded again to see avatars and post pics. No way to do that right now.
