I think there are "those people" anywhere there are fish. We caught 30 trout in Big Lake (over 2 days a few weeks ago) and released every fish. My personal best is swimming in big lake today. There was also a group wading near us who I watch put every fish on their stringer that was caught. My point is not all out of towners come to big lake to destroy the fisheries. I came b/c I wanted to wade fish and don't have anywhere around here to wade. I hurt nothing, bothered no one and had a great trip.
Some people dont have the conservation mindset that others have. Doesn't make it wrong, doesn't make it right. A magazine is not going to change that mindset.
I personally rarly keep fish, which is even more of the reason I was not going to go to another Lake and keep them. I will keep a few to fry that evening or a few to give to my neighbor. I have buddies that WON"T throw fish back. They keep theirs, I throw mine back. Their happy, I am happy.
