Brown 60/40 ground beef/pork with oinons and what not, Peel and cube EggPlant into meat. Add water or stock and simmer until Ep is soft. Add PLAIN bread crumbs and mix til desired consistancy then cover lightly with bread crumbs again. At this point my mom will put it in the oven for a few minutes to brown the crumbs and sometimes add a little grated pramajine cheese. I just let it rest a minute then eat.


Slice, season, and sprinkle with a little butter or italian dressing then grill, either directly on the grill or wrapped in foil. Grill til tender
