Motor Guide. It's about 6 years old now and will be replaced soon. It has been used and abused. I run it thru everything I get into. Stumps, slime, hydrila, sand. I would have to get the model for you off the motor outside, but it has a telescopic handle. It was a transom mount, but I put it in a bow mount. I had a Minn Kota like the one you are looking at. I had to replace the speed selector switch out 3 times at $70 bucks a pop over about a 3 yr period. The motor is still good but needs a switch again so that is when I went to Motor Guide. I'm not saying Minn Kota is a bad company, but for me they put together a bad model.
