got 4 racks of 3 and down spare ribs 4 lbs of sausage and qa pan full of the trimmings from the ribs on to smoke over a pecan and a lil mesquite fire. Eating good in the hood tonifght!!!!:grinpimp:

Pulled these redfish fillets out to grill on the half shell tonight. Caught these over the last two trips. :) Had plans to go today but got blown out!!! :(
