Dularge 2/16/10
Me and Gonzalesdave made a cold trip to the DU today. started off slow, water temp was around 44 degrees. the bite was there but it was a lot of small rat reds, we probably caught about 10 throwbacks before we had a first keeper in the box. as the water warmed up, we started to catch some bigger fish. ended the day with 10 fish, about 30 throwbacks and 2 bonus trout, which suprised the hell out of me. I also was able to tag a few reds. all fish were caught with Tsunami purple haze swim baits fished slow on the bottom.
heres some pics, sorry for the crappy background. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y72...ishing/360.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y72...ishing/367.jpg http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/k...daddyo/089.jpg http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/k...daddyo/094.jpg http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/k...daddyo/092.jpg |
