You've gotta love Louisiana!
Fished 3:30-6:30pm.
Caught 6 bass (all small), 1 flounder, 1 speck, and a shad (mouth-hooked!) that hit a Rat-L-Trap twice its size.

There's a little bit of everything in that river.
