Hebert's Marina

Is Hebert's Marina still open? Anybody have a phone number for them?

Thanks,

Redmann

Yes. It is still open. Limited amounts of live shrimp available from about 5am till 9am. NO Fuel on site.

5 dollar launch fee

They bait guy has a number maybe some can post it

Don't go down there assuming he will have live shrimp because he don't go out every night

He has another job also so he can only go shrimp for bait when he is available to do so

Bait

PHONE. 337-764-6252. Mike Leblanc. Bait information line.

Boat will work tonight 7/12/16. New aeration system installed to keep the croakers alive. Catches have been getting better.

As of a couple weeks ago.........................

The man that road around in the electric cart and collected the launch money..... no longer does that.

The people that run the food "trailer" are now in charge of the boat launch.

Talked with MIke the shrimp guy earlier in the year and he a top notch guy. had some boat issues and upgrades that put him down but he kept me on the phone for a solid 30 minutes talking about his plans for bait and such. competition is always good on the lake. If we could only get fuel on at least 2 spots on the lake that would be just SUPER!!!!

There needs to be an iniative to revamp Heberts Marina to include fuel, ice, small C-store.

When they get large enough we are going to rope them off and fill with water and make a pond for kids to fish out of :D

it is great if you like fine dining- lovely succulent fresh greasy tacos and only the finest wings dripping in spicy ketchup au jus served in the full splendor of the circuslike atmosphere of the "108 degrees in the shade " Parkin lot "

AND DON T FORGET TO BRING THE KIDS FOR THE PETTING ZOO- A FILTY FLEA BAG OF A MANGEY DOG -HALF DEAD- LURKING...AND FRED IS GONE...MAYBE LIKE THE SONG "FRED IS DEAD" I DON T KNOW- BUT YOU RARELY SAW HIM WITHOUT A CIG HANGING OUTTA HIS MOUT IN HIS CART.

MEM1971 07-14-2016 02:56 PM
