Both. If you consider the gulf sides of the Islands outside. Tried Enstar notta. Didn't go offshore like pickets.

The islands are what I consider outside. I normally fish inside. Sister lake, mechant area. I had heard there were still fish to be caught in the lakes that is why I asked
