Fungus on tomato plants

My younger tomato plants started having black spots so I sprayed them with a fungicide hopefully that will do the trick, all the big plants are ok, anyone else having this problem? I usually have some problems but not this early

Is this what you are speaking of ? I have this one in a bucket and it's an heirloom so I figure it's just not as disease resistant and it's matured already....I am more concerned with the one with the yellow leaves...

I brought a leaf stem to the garden center and they said it was a fungus

That don't look good...Maybe try cutting the bad ones off unless its the whole plant...
