Water is still rising and the ducks are still thick but getting wary. Second split count is at 103 ducks and 3 specks in 7 hunts. Hunter success rate average is 4.68 ducks. Most prolific species is mallard with pintail and mottle close followed by gadwall.

Dont know if it an annomoly because of the high water but we are holding quite a large number of big ducks in and around our lease. Our lease is rather secluded and difficult to get to with little pressure. We are crossing our fingers that it holds up until the end.
