Houma Oilmans Day 1 Trout
 

We got an early start this morning to beat the crowds and it paid dividends. I had guys from Franks International on board and were excited by the daily trout reports. Once again it was a one stop shop as soon as I dropped the power pole it was fish on every cast two at a time. All I could do was remove hook after hook and toss them in the basket, turn around and do it again from the front of the boat to the back. For the first hour of daylight this action continued as the trout were feasting on 16-20 count shrimp. Almost every trout had whiskers draping out of its mouth. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow.
