If you added info to your post's of just pics then we would know what message you were trying to relay to us. I had nothing to go on.

Such as " hey guys, just a reminder to be safe on the water. Never know when something like this will happen"

I have only pulled one buddy in off the lake before. When we tied on we made a bridal that connected to both my tie down cleats. So I don't have much experience in this. Is it good to pull from just one like the pic above? How fast should you tow with either set up. Just above idle or right past on step? Would be helpful info.

Can't lie. Just saw this and when I first saw the pic I was wondering how the guy felt about the photo opp while he was in that predicament. Didn't see until further down on the thread that you even knew we the guy and then you explained a little more.

Just use a ill common sense! How many well know capt.'s would get on a major web site that they drum buiss. Off of and dog sum poor dude down on his luck! A simple question of w t f? Happened here would sum it up!
Think about the thread title, it's obviously got sum humor to it?

nice save capt. just because you have a boat and spent years on the water, doesn't mean nothing can happen to you. Respect the weather and your equipments limitations and make sure everyone comes home safe.

It depends on the situation and the elements. I usually try to get them on plane if possible. In this situation, I am sure that Jared had to get them going fast enough to get the water out of the boat.
