Stuffed chicken breast

4 Attachment(s)
Felt cooking some chicken breasts tonight. Looked in the fridge and decided I would stuff em and wrap em in bacon.
Made a stuffing with minced garlic, mushrooms, green onion and mozzarella Attachment 68532

Cut the chicken in the thick part of a breast half and made a lil pocket
Attachment 68533

Wrapped a couple of slices of bacon around each one and stuck em in the oven for 30 min or so at 375
Attachment 68534

Pulled em out an served with some brussel sprouts

O my.... That looks legit and healthy. I've never eaten Brussels sprouts, but I'm interested now.

If you like cabbage you'll like brussel sprouts. Just steam em and put a lil butter, salt, and pepper. Or you can cut them in half and sauté em in a pan. They are pretty versatile

That looks great. I love to eat some brussel sprouts. I do them the same way. Try adding a little lemon juice on em

Deep fry Brussels sprouts . Just be careful they have a lot of water in them so the do spatter. then toss in 2 parts honey ,1 part sirracha 1/2 part lime juice while still hot.

We take brussels and cut em in half and park them in a shallow pan on the pit. butter, a lil lemon juice, and cajun seasoning. A great cappytizer as the wife calls my pit snacks.

Also I bet the bacon and stufing would be great with a flounder or even some aranged fillets.

Looks great ... I'm pondering what to cook right now

Well I gave brussel sprouts a try tonight and I am a fan. I halved them and sautéed them in olive oil with sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, and a splash of lemon juice. I would rate it right up there with asparagus. Thanks for the tip!
