Government is going to far. So much so as to pit non working fisherman against guys that do it for a living.

Is this the first time anyone has heard this reasoning for why the limit was reduced? So we are supposed to believe they reduced the limit because of competition from Texas guides?

I guess that makes sense, but its a dumb reason to reduce a limit. Did they think that Texans coming over was going to increase pressure that much that they had to reduce the limit to protect the resource?
