trout in red gravy

Hooked up some homemade breadsticks....super easy recipe, and a extra spicy red gravy....letting it get super thick before I drop the trout chunks in it. Gonna be good.

link to bread stick recipe.....Its my first time trying these, but definitely not the last....very good. I made mine a little bigger than the recipe called for, so they were more soft and less crunchy....better for dipping

Too old to worry bout 6pk abs. My fitness goal is pressing 350 by Labour day. Much easier for a beer drinker such as myself. Y'all stick with that crossfit, I'll keep drankin and grubbin. |

Look'n good.....If you like a thick gravy put a tablespoon or 2 of roux in.... Also I like a good shot of bourbon to take the bitterness out. I find it better than adding sugar.
