The neighbors had the pit lit this afternoon and the smell got me jealous. I had a few chicken breast in the fridge and figured, why not. Added some onions and potatoes and you got yourself a meal.

Nice! I grilled some chicken, but got distracted with my legal whiskey and dried it out... No pics in the roux tonight!
