feels weird
 

:( I lost my huntin'/fishin' buddy of 52 years at the beginnin' of the huntin' season and I feel so weird...been together since we were both 10;he even moved down here to Louisiana when I married my coon-azz girl...we did everything together.I am not sad...he had a full life as have I.No suffering;just didn't wake up one mornin'...I hope I go like that....25 years from now !!! Anyone else in this situation?

Sorry to hear, It's tough losing a friend like that. I've lost some, and I know they're still with me like a guardian angel when I'm out fishing or hunting.

I just lost a friend a couple days ago that I used to hunt and fish with all the time when I lived in Monroe. I only knew him for the past 8 years, but that didn't make it any easier... Prayers sent

Lost my fishing partner and friend of over ten years last summer. Miss him every day.

Prayers to you for your loss. I lost a friend last year in August I had hunted with and went to drag races with and worked with at Exxon Mobil Bmt refinery. We fished bassnbucks tournaments together last year and fished some club tournaments throughout the years.. It is weird when your up at Toledo fishing and your trying to figure out the pattern for the day. Just look up to the sky and say give me a hint.
