2006 300 Yamaha 300 hpdi phase 3 kit
 

I bought this engine new and @ 121 hours took it to HydroTec Marine to have the Phase 3 kit installed (KIT HT 3520) which includes: All Gaskets, Modified reed blocks, Carbon Fiber Reeds, High Perf Heads, High Perf Tuner, Solid Engine Mounts, Big Bore Throttle body, spacer plate.

Also has HT Lightweight Flywheel,Mod Lower Unit, BMan Foil, and custom decals - Has 351 total hrs as of 1-4-14 $ 8995 OBO ( over 5k in upgrades vs. a standard engine)
