that is a big sow, good one to take out, imagine how much she has added to the population of the pigs in your area

4 shots from a 300 win mag is no damn joke son!! The adrenaline had to be pumpin in that mother sticker. Where was she taken at? Louisiana?

Wouldnt fit in the back of a kawasaki T'rex. Had to improvise and chain it up on the tow hitch on the front of the jeep. Only way to get her big a$$ home

1 time in the head, once in the throat, once in the spine and once in the pumper. 1st shot in the pumper, spun around and looked at her. Nailed the hog in the forehead and it shook its head, she shot the hog again in the throat, then again in the spine and dropped it

sow was taken north west of Boise Cascade in DeRidder LA on a deer lease. There were several piglets with her. Lady in the pic was gonna shoot the sow and "drop" her then take out piglets. But sow didnt "drop" as planned. So no piglets to go with the sow...

Forehead is almost never a good place to shoot a hog.

Behind the ear if they broad side

If you up high and can get a good shot where the base of the head meets the neck, that's deadly as well.

She's a newbie. She started screaming when she shot him in the forehead and the hog "shook it off".

Are big hogs like that good to eat? Are the smaller ones better to eat?
