Made an early morning trip and found a few hungry trout,kinda breezy but that didn't matter they still bit a little.All caught on salt and pepper with chartreuse tail bull minnow.It's been about three years since I've fished here and I want to thank a site member for pointing me in the right direction,momma-c and Lil-c will eat well tonight.Now off to find better jig heads must have lost about 8 fish after they were hooked,those el cheapos I use have to go.

Nice work C, I talked to you when you were pulling up.

Didn't mean to rush out, but a guy asked me to bring him to his boat that was outta gas. I snatched him and his can up, and off we went. Dropped him off, went hit a spot and noticed his boat was still sitting there so I drug up and went check on him - dead batteries! Towed him in, went back out long enough for my boy to get his line tight then rushed back in to catch a volleyball game! 30 mins or less of total fishing, 1 trout, 1 flounder, and a happy 8yr old.

I saw that guy standing on the bank with his gas can,I never leave anyone stranded,never know when it will be the other way around.You were a busy man today.

Wish Ida got a pic the other day with rusty . Ym jig head caught a red in one of the small fins and held on for a fight! It was literally the icing on the cake! I will never use another jh ever again
