Perfect day and conditions today, crazy how we only saw two other boats on the water all day!! The trout are biting folks, as our team of Capt's are on the fish. Call now to book your trips, as dates are booking up. All of our trout today were caught on Endura Shrimp, Matrix Shad, and Cocodrie Cocahoes. Under a cork has been working the best for the trout. We have not been catching barely any fish with double rigs or tight-lined. Trout are showing up in the lakes and marsh following the shrimp, and the bite will continue to get better over the next few months. No live bait needed on the Du, 100% artificial today. We left the trout biting to hit the reds and bass in the shallows. Green Hornet Matrix Shad on spinners have been putting a hurt on them. After topping off the box with reds and bass we called it a day right before noon. Thanks Capt E for letting us ride on your incredible first class Bluewave.
