Anybody night fishing Toledo on this full moon?
I got to work during the prime time. Just wondering if anybody is having any luck with that bright night light in the sky.

I havn't been but I would sure like to but can't get away till the weekend. Several bass over 10 has been weighed in at toledo tackle latley. Most have been caught at night.

Stuck at work but when I get off ill be there for the next moon this is killing me

Stupid question but how do you fish for the bass at night? Same as you fish them during the day ie same baits and location or do you change it up
|
4" black Jitterbug will wake them up!

I've had luck with a gold bladed buzz bait. Near ledges.

Man, I wan to go BAD.
8 - 11" dark colored worm on the humps and ridges works for me. Caught one over 8 last year during August moon |
I was there last weekend. My friend and I fished humps on the south end and caught fish all night. They were actively feeding on shad but we were fishing for the big ones. We CR and TR creature baits and big worms. Our biggest fish was 5lbs. All n all we had a good time. Maybe next time we will get the double digit one.

I like to add rattle weights to the baits... gives em that little extra. I have specific jigs with rattles as well i like to use at night. typical dark colors as discussed with traditional night baits. long worms, spinnerbaits, chatterbait, rattlin jig, buzzbait, CR rig with additional beads for sound. I like to fish structure near deeper water. grasslines are ok near deep water as well.

I like lighted boat docks near deep water. Every now and then you get a 4#er. But mostly just keepers. The big girls hang out on the humps and ledges.
