You get cash by reading posts, and posting, either comments or new threads, Shadman can even give you some for referring new members, or making bets and stuff, you can controll who you give cash too. Although commonly used, ain't is not considered standard English and ranks alongside innit in indicating that the user has had a poor education.
But it can be used for effect: But that aint good grammar !
