Raymond,

See if you can buy one that won't flip and we'll go catch some more trout.

P.S. I haven't forgotten about the insurance, just swamped.

Where is the fun in that if you don't flip once in a while.
I can throw a small cast net from mine but I know that eventually I'm going to flip it. That big bay boat in Hog Island almost got me. HaHa!

I was told I should stop by and introduce myself. My name is Roman Ryder and I'm the owner of the shop. I'm an ACA River Kayak Instructor and Red Cross CPR and First Aid Instructor. I've paddled all over the country, including 277 miles down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. I'll be teaching both flatwater and whitewater kayaking classes every other weekend. Plus, we will be having events like free workshops and movie nights in the shop.

We're still waiting on some shipments (including the Jackson accessories), but we've brought in a bunch of brands that aren't available in this area. Some off the top of my head...NRS, Astral, Salamander, Adventure Technology, Snapdragon, Shred Ready, Adventure Medical Kits, and of course Jackson. We've also setup accounts with quite a few other companies that we will be adding to the mix in the coming months.

Wow! When does a big kayak become a small plastic boat.
That kayak has a motor, electronics, power anchor.
I'll bet it has a trailer too.
To each his own, whatever works for you.

Patt 07-16-2013 10:20 AM

Just left there and he's got a sweet Jackson cuda 14 rigged out

jchief 07-16-2013 10:32 AM

How much the "fat boy" yak run????

That would be fun.
