Fresh Light Omelet

As I mentioned before I don't eat breakfast everyday but when I do I like to have something I enjoy. This morning was one of those mornings I was hungry and decided to make myself a little omelet. Now I had to use some eggs that were pretty old and these were probably from like Monday or Tuesday. I wisked up three of these eggs and standing in the kitchen I se a fresh tomato from the garden I picked yesterday afternoon and I found a half of a jalapeno in the fridge so I diced up both and used that along with some shredded cheddar cheese in my omelet.
The eggs just about ready for the filling.

No twelve grain bread this morning so I had to use some Bunny bread.

You know sometimes just using the simple things you have can make some of the best things to eat?
